just wanted to mention that when you bake next time to leave a little edge padding - ok a fps gun isnt likely to get mipmapped hard but hey, just in case you start wondering why your model gets weird borders n stuff
I always put my AO in the spec, it helps to give a nice pop/extra depth to everything. And if you think about it, if the light is being occluded, its going to reflect less, right? Oh well even if thats wrong it still looks better =D

So I'm nearly done, still working on the textures because I'm not happy with them yet..
Low poly ended up around 2400 Tris, screengrabs are from crazybump

Ah yes, definitely needs more colour variation and more varied dirt/grunge. I'm not sure about the AO in the specular but i will try it out. Thanks
