Oh no you did it again, another awesome ugly monster!
I really want to see his body now! I imagine him having a small fish like body, with some tiny fins
Gorgeous monster, and he certainly does look slimy, but I can't help but ask-- would wet/slimy really look like that underwater? I'm thinking in terms of sharks' skin (first thing that comes to mind)-- sure they look slimy and slick/wet as hell when you first pull them out of the water, but do they look that way underwater as well...?
Wipeout -shhhhh j/k I don't think specularity shows up very much underwater but I ended up liking the way it looked when I added that pass so I decided to keep it
Is this rendered with displacement maps generated from ZBRUSH? If so can you give some information on the rendering behind this baby? I am having some troubles getting displacement maps to render properly from ZBRUSH to 3DS MAX - specifically what settings to use to generate a displacement inside ZBRUSh and then get it to render identically inside MAX- I might have to PM you for some insider information!

Can't wait to see what comes next.
Regardless of that one gripe, fantastic work!
here's the ZB Sculpt
I love the film on the eye.
(the spec is a little strange)
