It's Horus, the ancient Egyptian god of the sky. this is the high poly mesh so far. I'd sculpt more details but Blenders built in sculpt mode isnt too great, and I dont have mudbox or zbrush. Comments, Critiques are appreciated
I think this is a nice start. Keep going with the modeling intricate pieces for that armor and such. Remember, zbrush and mudbox are fun, but people have been doing amazing highpoly work long before those progy hit. People still do amazing work in just 3d packages, so dont get down on your work b/c your not using it right now. I honestly prefer to do majority of my highpoly work in max, then i just use zbrush for detailing or organics.
Also zbrush has a free trial download, and the "fix" for it isnt exactly hard to find on the internet somewhere...

Looking really good. I'd tweak the eye a bit, now it looks like a button more than a real eye (if you did not mean it to be an Egyptian animal mask). The talons look awesome.
