Is this software site legit?

I was cleaning out my spam box when I came across this email.

This software site claims that they can sell this software for so cheap because they are selling Downloads of OEM software. Take a look at the prices for PS CS3 and 3DMax and Maya. It's riddiculously cheap.

Is there anyway this is legit?

They never ever claim that the software us legal...which leads me to believe it is definitely not. Heres some of their terms and conditions, I guess you just gotta read between the lines, no disk, no licence, no updates, no contact with manufacturer of software, just a cdkey hmmmm.

2.3. You cannot register the software with the manufacturer. All updates are available for all the products;

2.4. You do not receive printed license documentation;

2.5. You do not receive a copy of the software on a disk.

2.6. The Store will assist the Customer with downloading and installation issues. We will not provide technical support after the software product is downloaded and installed; neither will it be available from the manufacturer of the software product. We help only with installation and adjustment of the software.

Wow i did not read that. Wonder if the software companies ever go after those guys. That's the same thing as pirating right?

Did a little more research on this company. Turns out its registered to an imaginary person, lol.
