If you're looking for critiques your textures are blurry and could use some detail make sure you have the filters on your maps turned off in Maya. Also I dont know what kind of cartoon style you're going for the only thing Ive seen that looks like this is Xavier: Renegade Angel, Which is pretty much just unattractive 3D.
