Hi all,

I was wondering if people could help me out and fill in a questionnaire for my University work to do with aesthetics of game characters. I'm studying Multimedia at the moment, nearly finished my final year and only last year decided to follow the games design path so I am anxious about posting here, my work isn't up to the standard I've seen here

ok, sent one.
I know you said you dont need critiques, but I feel like I have to (else I'll never sleep or something)
I think it was just me being thick but the term 'artefacts' at the end threw me. 'examples' or something might have gone better, I dno.
Perhaps some nicer lighting on that 6th one will go better to describe the jump between 5 and 6 though I may be splitting hairs.
Erm that was it, apart from #14, just clarifying - you didnt want a sentence explaining the sequence we chose, did you?

Anyway thats me satiated. Good luck with it anyway! Whats it for, if youve almost finished? Is it a personal thing or are they still doing projects?

They're called artefacts because that is what the tutor who made the project has called them, but I do agree that I should have put 'examples'.

As for the question about #14, no just the sequence of numbers is fine, maybe i should have explained that too, i really suck as writing questionnaires though and theres always something that I miss.

The whole idea of this was for a University project, it was a personal research project which kinda replaced us having to do a dissertation, the question i asked myself to research was "Have computer game characters have become less aesthetically pleasing with the inclusion of realistic modelling", And we were asked to provide 6 'artefacts' to go with our research to show our progression. I just have a presentation to do on Tuesday (which is why I need the results of this questionnaire) and I have finished all my projects, then into the wide world I go.

Oh and thanks very much for your answers all who have done it so far.

Last call to see if anyone else wants to fill in my questionnaire, I have a presentation tomorrow which is what this questionnaire is for, so this thread can die after that as I have no use for it.
