You have a LOT of geometry in the eyes that almost seems redundant.
The head also appears to have some cut-off edge loops, most prominently top-right (of the head shot) and by the eye brows. Otherwise, looks pretty spot-on.

the hands and shapy things comming from her head are odd, pushing some vertex points in the base mesh on those spots might to create some variety.
