looks like a fine start. hard to tell what's going on with that nose from the angles. an extra shot from the side or 3/4 would be nice. i'm ornery and don't click on links.
also, don't render on black. or white, for that matter. a neutral color or gray will show off your work best.
I think what bothers me about the nose is that you have the nasolabial folds going entirely under the tip of the nose, rather than starting above each nostril. Nixon had great ones.
is this going to be game-res or hi-poly? if the latter, don't just texture the nostrils in. everything should be sculpted. if the former, don't show it smoothed.
It's going to be game-res, I guess. I just like showing it smoothed because I think it looks nice... in my opinion, anyway xD
Added nostrils. Thanks for the critique so far
Pic non-smoothed
Not too many images. Smoothed might look pretty, but it's very misleading for anyone trying to give you crits. We need to see your topo, so your wireframe overlay shots are actually more helpful.
Topology is soooo important. Not only defines the look of your character, but also essential for animation, helps with UVing, helps with lighting, etc.
It's easy to model the folds, just need to change the layout of your edgeloops around the nose. Ken Brilliant has a nice tut on his site.
the problem is you're making it to look nice smoothed, instead of nice on it's own. sometimes the two coincide, but often they don't. i can see your shapes are kind of chunky and slightly exaggerated so the smoothing will put the silhouette where you want it, but without the smoothing it looks... chunky

It's not going to have nostrils, more like on the underside of the nose, and they'll probably just be textured

Here's a shot of the leg (I finished the leg awhile go, but I was watching a show) And I did a tiny bit of tweaking

Sorry if I'm posting too many images or something
