Professional Game Devs looking for talent for new project

Two professional game developers are working on a side project that we intend to take all the way after a few months of making sure we actually had something. Unfortunately, the artists we work with day to day are swamped already as are their immediate circle of friends. This leaves us in a pickle. We're programmers, not artists (as our current cow/horse cavalry unit will attest to).

If you're looking for a project that while filled with optimism is not circling endlessly in the clouds of unattainable goals or vision, this may be a good fit. We're older, experienced developers that are fully aware of the risks and potential for any new project.

What we need:

At least one prolific, quality 2D concept artist. This person will be responsible for sketching the units, structures and other individual aspects of the game along with individual paintings for ~300 avatars. (We understand 2 may be necessary)

At least one prolific, quality 3D artist. In a perfect world, this person would be able to texture, rig and animate as well.

Since the world isn't always perfect, a quality 3D rigger/animator.

What we can offer:

An actual contract for future profit sharing. Perhaps, should this project go the way of so many (and we clearly don't plan on it, as we've invested resources of our own into this, but we are realists), the most important thing we can offer is exposure to an actual game studio in sunny California.

What it is:

I won't bore you with the details, but the general gist is an online/offline board game with persistent elements and a unique (it actually is!) battle system we're quite proud of. Setting is Medieval Europe. It's not a fantasy game, but there are some liberties taken with history to make the game fun. We're looking for a playful art style, but one that can still express intimidation and relative power.

It is browser based, and will use the Unity3D engine (http://www.unity3d.com) which means whatever tool you enjoy working in is most likely supported.

Participation will require an NDA. You do not have to work on this full time, so long as you're able to produce results in a timely manner (we can't quit our day jobs for this yet either, so we're with you in that boat).

Professional quality is a must. A coworker directed me here, let's see what happens. ;)
