It´s been a long time since I´ve shown some stuff here.
So here´s my latest Hipoly attempt - Edward Scissorhand.
I´m planning to normal map this fella later. The hair was just for me to have a better idea about how to shape his face. Once the lowpoly model is done, I´ll give him some serious hairstyle.

Some crits, though --
1- The thin edges of the straps on the lower legs aren't the best details for that area, i don't think. Those are just going to become 1-2px lines in the normal map and look pretty bad. Maybe go for bolder forms inbetween them? Think of what forms will look good high frequency -- maybe reference the toy :

2- cloth is all very blobby and vague. don't cut corners, get reference and push details!
3- Arms are WAY too long in referece to the legs. Torso proportions look right from here, arms need to be a bit shorter and legs a good deal longer, it looks like, check ref.

Looking cool so far. Hands look pretty good.
Needs more work on the face and the cloth in general.

Suprore - thanks for your crits. Especially the one with the straps. With this model it turned pretty well ´cause I had enough space for the legs in the UV Layout (and also the texture is quite big - 1024x1024), but I´ll keep it in mind for future. I also changed the proportions of the legs and arms like you said. Great crits. THX
Vitor - yep. I like that blue material. Maybe it´s because I learned a lot from Ben Mathis´s tutorials.

Hipoly:
I mostly tryed to improve his clothes, so it wouldn´t be so blobby and I also did a little something with his face.
Lowpoly:
It´s 3,484 tris now. I´m not going for anything higher than 5k tris with Edward. As for his boots - The right boot is just copy of the left one, so I wouldn´t have more work with unwrapping them both separately. Soon I´ll shape the right one so it matches the hipoly silhouette, so the normal map won´t be that messy in that area.
Normal mapping test:
I used Projection modifier. It´s just a test, so I didn´t play with the cage like at all and I was also normalmapping it all at once. Soon I´ll normal map all the parts separately, so there won´t be any nasty overlapping like you can see between the arms and the gloves for example.
I used one 1024x1024 for body and another 512x512 for the head
