Alternatives to Turbosquid?

Hey all!

Just thought I'd see if anyone on these forums might know of some other places to purchase good quality 3D models online?

Turbo squid has some fairly good models, but I have a feeling they mark everything up big time considering a model pack by 3drt.com is selling for $129 on their site and $269 on turbo squid.

Looking for some mid - low poly models for game use.

if you say what you're looking for, i'd bet a few people on this forum might have em.

as far as your question, I dont think anyone has a library that is even close to extensive as turbosquid.

exis exchange is a site that gets posted on here a lot though lately. Never been there myself.

shareCG.com is a good site too. you get paid for pageviews if you upload a model, and theres a few free models up there already.
i wish the payouts were a bit bigger though.

I was really just hoping to find a good collection of prop models to help flesh out our levels.

Preferably content packs where I don't have to pay $20 for a plant model or $40 for an Urn like on Turbosquid.

Recycle thread...as long it's useful and fits into the subject, why not? I kinda wish it happens more, as you get less results you have to sort though.
