Triangulation seams in Render to Texture (3DSM 9)

I realise that I can cover it up with padding, but it's annoying and was wondering if anyone else had come across it/a solution to it.

do you have overlapping uv´s?
if so offset all other parts with an value of +/- 1
or if you project from the same model than give the one with the projection modifier a smal push modiefier first

No overlapping uvs, and I'm projecting from a highpoly to a lowpoly, using a projection cage which I've sorted out by hand.
After applying my normal map, it seems that everything is strangely aliased and there's small specks everywhere.

what sampler and it´s settings are you using?
have you applied an reset-xForm on the low / (high)
