Maybe a little too crazy but after seeing how scion took the T2b concept car and tamed it down to the pedestrian looking 2008 xB maybe the tamed down Coupe will have that funky look that splits people between hate/love vibe that the original xB had.

I like one of Scion's cars (xB or something?), but their boxy things are so ugly I wouldn't even take a dump on one.
I'm sure one of the options is to have the stick shift relocated in the middle of the driver seat for the driver to sit on.

I'll give it to them for trying to be bold, but it just doesn't interest me in the slghtest. I have no doubt that people will buy it though. The only way you'd find me driving one is if it gets 60mpg and sells for around $12k.

If I have to look for the scion logo to tell it's a scion I don't wanna drive it and their current line up is boring, the xB was their best seller and they still decided to generic it up for the masses bleh!
I know Scions are all about customization. . . they just need to go to the next level, where I can pick different tops & bottoms and make something that actually looks good all over.
So I came to the realization that it's really just the top that's throwing it off. If you block the top half of it with your hand, the bottom actually looks pretty cool.

I was actually thinking the same thing. It wouldn't be a bad looking car if it weren't for the boxy roof. It just seems too inconsistent with the design to actually look good.

Dude, I absolutely love it when, on the one day of the month I have to put gas in my Prius, there is a Hummer at the pumps next to me (especially here in Texas):

hah, reminds me of this last summer, when we had a minor dip in the gas prices. The guy at the pump next to me was gleaming about how it only cost him $60 to fill his SUV's tank. I then referenced how it was going to take me $35 to fill my Jetta, and it would last me for the next week and a half. That of course didn't include that my daily commute is 50 miles total, but it was enough to get him to stop talking to me

That, and they are a little too pricey IMO. Fow how much less I'm getting, it should be closer to $12k (or lower)
