Been spamming the lowpoly thread a bit much, so I figured I'd promote this guy to his own thread. Started off with basically
realistic-ish proportions, but that felt a bit boring, so I messed with the proportions and made me a bobble head.

Bionic arm has yet to be unwrapped.

KonamiCode: The top-heaviness is quite intentional, actually. Though I was struggling a bit with the arms, simply because I wanted to emphasize the bionic arm without going too far overboard.
Zephir, ElysiumGX: Thanks, I made some mesh changes. Shifted the head back some (though the super-deep jawline makes it tough to shift /too/ far back), got rid of the overbite (didn't notice that before), and gave him a "proper" jawline.
and for fun (i guess it's a slight nod to the original). The shades are squeezed into the main uvs.
I took your advice (somewhat) and enlarged his feet (though only slightly), and I think it helped quite a bit. The bionic arm actually still hasn't been unwrapped, so right now it's only vertex lighting.
Spent a bit of time today working on this, and mainly noodled a lot.
looking forward to see his bionic sausage arm :P
Got around to unwrapping the bionic arm. Noodled a bit more on the main texture as well.

Kary! Haven't seen you in a while!
Started on a quick reskin today, loosely based on the concept art of the original Rad Spencer as shown in one of the recent Bionic Commando Rearmed trailers.

Did a quick texture for the cannon. This'll be the last update for 2 weeks, since I'm donning my fatigues for army reserves tomorrow.
