Concept looks on the tech side.. might wanna play with some themes or ideas to make him more organic/undead/ whatever.. if you go bone armor, make sure i know its a guy in armor..:) like your overall design.
Also Killaball, i think you are modeling way to many things into your basemesh/lowpoly. I would suggest just having the basic shape and good topology then sculpt in those details, or add pieces of metal/items on top. As now you are probably spending way to long on this, and when you go to sculpt you will have a difficult time fighting with the detail you allready put in. Good luck, and keep up the fight.
Thanks for the info Spark. Yeah I now totally know what you mean now that Ive been sculpting a bit. Anyway I'll work around the problems and next time I'll sculpt first then build in the detail onto the low poly.
