I know she´s quite of a flak-bait with that bulky piece of something on her head, but shes intended for a machinima and not for actual gaming, so thats not too important i think.
Next step will be adding ornamental pieces and some structures to the back.

I think she needs overall more details in the normal map but maybe its this clean style you are going for.
Im curious how the texture will look.
I hope you will release it also as a Player model because the UT3 community lacks of Custom Chars. Maybe with changing the huge head piece a bit for that.
Alright, here´s a small update.
Been tinkering around with that fresque lately.
It doesn´t really look the way i want right now, so im gonna redo it.
Just want to show what direction i´m after.
Gonna optimize those fresque meshes in the next days, cause they´re bit too high poly for the desired effect, plus i want more of them scattered all over the top cranium armour.
Honestly, I love and dislike this character at the same time. I don't like the little design on the figures on her headpiece, granted they are done wonderfully, but it breaks the design, I think it would benefit for her overall design to have a more nouveau pattern you have on her torso it would look better. also the clean break from the pulled tissue to her arm is a little iffy, I would like to see more of a subtle gradient from pulled skin to arm.
but over all, it's a really cool and solid looking design, I love me some biomechanical chicks with pointy feet.

I´ll be adding more of such Art Nouveau to the armour here and there in gold color. At least thats what i´ve planned. But i first need to do the armour plates, which is quite tedious
Granted, the tissue starts quite abrupt, as its 2 seperate pieces ive just stuck into each other (tissue and arm/body).
Acutually i´ve wanted to blend the pieces´ normal maps together in photoshop, as the tissue part has higher res. than the arm. Would that work out?
The thing about the figures is, that i want her to be some sort of necris goddess or something, and that her armour depicts the "mythical creation" of the necris (bla bla).
I might add some more figures to the shoulder pads to give it more continuity.
Maybe make the fresques a bit darker and desaturated. Currently they're a slight brighter than her other gold highlights and the contrast is a kind of unpleasant.
I saw this up on another website with some review saying the legs look like an afterthought and that they should be more akin to MegaMan's style, but I imagine that's just because they haven't played Unreal and are looking at it from a purely rational standpoint. Regardless, I urge you NOT to follow that suggestion. The legs are very "Necris-y" currently and it looks great on the model. Someone also mention the "groin patch" looking strange, but really, she would lose much of the semi-organic Goddess look were she more conventionally clothed.

I like the face specular it really makes it pop also the armor is coming along nicely.

I really think u need to add more ornate geometry details for the normal map to pic up. Those squiggly curved lines are not cutting it as a filler. I'd suggest adding shell like tiny spikes over the armored parts.
You had some really good ideas, you shouldn't let people de-rail you from them if you think you can make them work!!
