Nice start so far, I'm really digging the proportions of your character and the armour/clothing design is interesting, though I'm not too keen on the face at the moment.
Hopefully you do get a bit further with this, you've improved a shitload since last year's war.
I really like the face and horns. I say nay to that hat. Think the head shape is to nice for that amout of pointyness. Maby cut it of bewteen the horns, and make the hood hang more underneath?

But I agree. I liked the horns and his right arm bigger like in the last concept.
