This is a vampiric monster character with a shadow/void weapon.

In life, the woman was a prostitute who became pregnant and then killed and bitten by a vampire. Unfortunately for the poor unborn baby, it too caught the vampiric infliction and with the strength of undeath has ripped its way out of its mothers womb.

This should be a fun character to model

Wow, i didnt see the baby flyin out at first, thats crazy, if your going to do that bring more attention to the organs falling out, maybe have the baby with some weapon or somthing i dont know spce it up, maybe have the woman floating under demonic control. keep up the good work !

Good idea with the floating/hovering. I had thought of giving the undead fetus a weapon, but it didn't seem very intimidating for it to be waving around a little dagger or any kind of weapon really.
