Hey everyone - new here, was convinced to join up recently. Here's a very q+d start to my entry - he is an Invoker, with an artifact of Light - it is a sword at the moment but i'll probably change that as I develop the drawing further. Any ideas?



I actually havent decided whether I want to do this as a 2D or 3D entry - it would be fun to develop the 2D painting, but it would also be pretty fun to model this guy....

we'll see.

Looks like a great start! I'd try to push the light element more, the thing on his back could maybe look more like a sunburst?

Yeah good idea... I was considering throwing some spikes of some sort on there - making it into a sunburst design might really help that. Thanks!

Hey - havent worked on this in ages, but had a couple of hours today so I started roughing in a bit of lighting + some clouds for the bg - let me know what you think!
