Awesome thumbs, I like the look of the hooded part. Perhaps give it some 'mouth' features to suggest it is the one in control, consuming her slowly more like a parasite(with some benefits) than a truly symbiotic relationship. . . along with a passive/dead look on the face it could be a really cool effect.
