Killing a baby... its already pretty neat. I usually imagine demonic things as having more organic shapes. You might try some hooks and swooping shapes around the silhouette. This is good though. What about your elemental powers or whatever?
OOOOH! It should be a demonic deformed baby that is the weapon! Maybe it comes from the womb like from alien! What is the significance of the "t" on the chest. I believe they wanted nudity down but you can have some design over it to cover.
I know it's helping break up the symmetry but I would ditch the cyborg leg since those kind of accents are prohibited. Maybe the baby should be connected via umbilical chord and used as a weapon!

I like what you've got going so far, just make sure you and razor don't get too much into eachother's water. But I think there's room enough for demonic, baby killing, hawtness!
Anyway about the leg, I suppose it's okay as long as you make it clear it's just armor indeed, no mechanics. Just leather straps and bolted on metal bits would be just fine I think.
I didn't see it as being cyborg related at all, but thats another reason that I suggested testing out some more organic forms. As-is, I wouldn't worry about cyborg-ness, but try to show that theres skin underneath the armor somehow. If you're going for a really brutal feel, I've always liked the idea of stapling or riveting armor directly to the skin. It looks pretty sick when done right. Maybe even subdermal armor insertion, with the skin stretched back over unevenly? (with tacks similar to THIS terribly ugly chair)
