Good job man. This is one of the most charming characters in all of Dominance War, ya gotta love him. He's a pleasant break from all the seriousness in most entries.

Kind of reminds me of Eddie from Iron Maiden.
Only thing which I don't like that much are the green ghosts, I think you could have varied them some more.
