Here is my Warlord ... Element is vegetation, and the main concept is a big headman.
I'll post more details tomorrow with some photo references.
All wooden parts are growing under his skin.
He'll have many trunks and branchs on his back that will perforate his back armor.
I don't really know what to do for his legs and feet but i'll think about it tomorrow

Flower in his gauntlet will be a rose, i just put a daisy (easier to draw ).
His pant will change. It will be a thing like that :

Here is an update :
Basemesh of the equipment (still working on finding a cool idea for the leg's equipment ...)
And here is the sculpt of his right hand with the fingerless glove. The rose will be placed in the middle part of this "glove".
I've sculpted the body and the two belts on his chest.
Tomorrow, I'll work on the other shoulder pad and the arm with the trunk.

Right part of the short is bad (just a problem of symetry in ZBrush).
The remesh is finished (i'll just add some more edges on the head). He currently has 7562 tris (with a copy of symetric parts (belt etc)).
I think i'll be around 8000-8500 tris with all the mushrooms, spines, arrows, spears etc.

All these screenshots are taken in the xnormal viewport. I'll probably use UT3 engine for final shots.
Specular map is not done, so it's just a constant value on all the model.
I really hope to have enough time to finish this ...
Here are my finals !
First of all, the drawings, paintovers and photo refs. I'm not really good at it so i do the best i can for that sheet !
Construction shot : Base mesh and remesh are done in max, Hi res in Zbrush, and some other free softwares for unwrap (Roadkill) and normal/AO baking (XNormal)

Winning Pose : Render in XNormal.
Beauty Shot : I've done it really quickly and just to give something 'cause i wanted to do something else (better of course ) but no time !
And now, we have to wait for the results
I've done a new Beauty shot (just for fun 'cause submissions are allready done ) because i wasn't totally convinced with my previous sheet (not enough time to do a better one)
