Character Idea:
a vicious and insane fallen Angel escaping from the deep cesspit of Hell
to wreak havoc on the mortal planes. Having some physical resemblence to his angel counterparts soon becomes fouled by his own corruption.
Body Detail ideas:
-Face still resembles a humans but is cracked, broken, and frayed at the edges falling away
into dark spirit energies despercing at the back of the head.
-Expression: insane laughter as he frees himself at last.
-Body covered with stretched and decaying human skin and rusting armor.
-Tentacles from Hell still attempt to keep its hold on the fallen, crushing skin and armor alike,
some piercing the skin itself.
Weapon: large/ giant axe. Haven't figured out the rest of the weapon details yet.

The only thing that confuses me a bit is the calf of his monster leg - it looks like there's armor up near the back of his knee, but then there's this big smooth shape, and then armor again near the back of his ankle - is that smooth part part of the armor? If so, it doesn't look like it has the nice texture the rest of the armor has, but if it's his skin, the armor parts don't seem separated enough to differentiate that they are two different pieces.
My two cents, but it's looking good - all I can say is good luck keeping your sanity with all those alphas.
Your right, the skin is clipping through the calf armor. The Calf armor is supposed to be pretty beat up and squashed as the original concept had a tentacle wrapped around it, Crushing armor and skin alike (still wavering on adding that with the bass platform or not). As for the skin sticking through I was just going to delete those polys in the final game mesh.

Also small update, Uvs are done. After just a little more adjustments its off too texturing
What I need to finish is the spec map, alpha map, Glow map (last 2 for the wings mostly), Platform, and lighting.
