I personally like the last one you got going on there. And if your going for a egyptianesque theme you might wanna try putting in some anubis pieces/hints. Don't make it just anubis, original but with subtle hints.
I plan to do a detail and color pass in Photoshop, by overpainting it, once im happy with the sculpture concept pass.
He will most likely get a big axe as a weapon, the big shoulder pad will be used as a shield while he is swinging/ strike out the weapon, it can expand when he puts his arm down.
I dont know yet which type of artifact he will use but i think i will incorporate it in the weapon.
I'd defintely work on the edges a bit more, right now he is looking kinda like a toy, because averything is so smooth, you could work more on the balance between hard edge and smooth surface. And is he going to use firearms? cause right now he wouldn't be able to handle a close combat weapon with those fat shoulderpads. But i like the idea, could get pretty cool.
looks REALLY blobby , i guess you can call it style but its something i see alot in your work.
Give it more definition. if you remove the cavity option in zbrush youll see that things dont seem that "clean".
Will you do a model pass ? or will you use this for normal bake ?
I know that its very very blobby, its just the concept wip i sculpted in zbrush from a simple base! I played a lot with the forms and didnt cared about it being clean. Its a lot of work making hard clean surfaces in Zbrush, so i will try to make the most of the hard edges in the Photoshop overpaint.
For the actual model i will do all the hard surface modeling in max.

I thought about a close combat weapon that he use with one hand, you may right with the shoulder pads being too big. I will make the shoulderpad at his weapon arm smaller so he can better swing his weapon but still use the other shoulder pad as a shield.
More work on the concept sculpt, i also made the edges harder and the feet smaller.
Next step will be putting a screen of it in PS and making some color and details with overpainting it. For the weapon i will try to come up with something egyption but also unique looking.
I hope im allowed to use my Greentooth snake instead of the normal logo.
Looks WoW-ish with his short proportions and big-thick-toy-like armor. The sculpt is very nice. Maybe think of a snake weapon he can use instead of a generic sword or axe. I'd do some more iterations of his weapon. Great job so far

I'm looking forward to what you do!
I think i will go in a egypt style warlord direction.
Boots, arms and shoulder armor:
maybe the feets a tad smaler
Please let me know which of the 3 characters or which parts you like the most.

other than that though, thumbs up!
Very curious about his weapon. Maybe something egyption? Anyway, keep it up!

Are they really that generic? But incoporating a snake in a weapon is a good idea.
Pretty nice color concept, the sculpt looking very nice.
It's going to be really interesting model!
Good luck!
I learned Polyboost in the process and i can only recommend it, it has a lot of great functions i dont want to miss anymore.
I dont think that i will make it in time but i will keep working on this project anyway.
Looking good!
