Lufia, she is an angel who kicks your ass at the frontline.
She is an invoker and makes use of air&lightning in combination with her bow.

The pounding hooves strikes blinding fear into their hearts

When they hear our frenzied screams!"" [/list]

i got a couple shapes down for the helmet and bow,
(i like the one in the right bottom most, looks fast and deadly)
(i like the 3rd ones (top and bottom) best, so im going to work those out with a bit more detail)
im going to buy a bamboo tomorrow, just so i have a tablet to work with, the whole concept will follow shortly
Your bows however seem to be heading in the right direction. Very curvy, rounded edges.
Favourite helmet: Last two designs on the bottom right.
Favourite Bow: Second last design on the bottom right.
Good luck, mate.

Bow: Bottom row, 4th from left.
Keep on with it Rense
yeah the design does come near an elite, but so do alot of designs. the one in the right corner, im going to spice that up a bit with some details and extra shapes.
i made some new bows
and a little start in max, all quads, ready for some zb action.
i stood at the store looking at that bamboo (wacom) and thought.. better do it right, so i ordered an intuos3 a4 two days ago, with a bit of luck it will arrive in a couple hours
10!
haha I still dig 7 the most, but I agree, the silhouette could use more flare. It looks a bit too much like a typical angel at the moment. If you don't want to mess with the proportions, I'd work on her armor a bit. Maybe those strips that are coming down from her belt-line could be played up and overall you could give some more unique forms for armor.
edit: see img below.
ill dump everything in here, but right now the 3d part has the priority
made a start on the bow
made a base mesh, ill make some final tweaks and upload it, so everyone can abuse it.
contains a 3ds and obj file, not unwrapped.
i changed the basemesh a bit and started over (ill put it backup soon)
still some proportion mistakes i need to fix
ive bin thinking about the wings.
i think its best to sculpt the base of the wing, and create the rest out of layers of sprites. that way i can skinn every feather on its own and make it realistic and bendable.
if i would make it a solid mesh, it will probably start streching alot.
is this a good way to go?
(maybe even cut back on more of the sculpted part, just really around the bones.)
