wow great progress man! His trapezius is a bit too overdone though IMO, he looks massive, but those look even more massive then the rest of him
it's also usefull, to think of why he would have such huuuuge muscles, which muscles does he use most etc.
Oh and one more thing: the "legs" and pelvis seem ok in the side view, but he seems a bit squashed in the front view. maybe make him a bit longer?

i'll edit the final forms after i apply the normal maps. i've done it before, and i can handle it without inducing wild stretching and stuff.
as for about the muscles, i'd pretty much thought that, just never expressed it. i figured that as a child, he would be so top-heavy [due to crystal growth] that he had to half-crawl and drag his legs till he learnt proper balance etc. 'half-crawl' implies strong arms to support mass. when he finally did [balance], his abs, chest AND back needed to be massive to help support all that weight, and still be able to control a swing from a halberd. and i've modified the legs to make em longer. that was easy enough =D!
one thing that i've been thinking about is armour. he looks extremely plain without any.
i'll be adding the void-crystals later today, and if that doesn't do enough to spice it up, i might add some leather armour parts. like a glove or something.
dunno will have to think about it, but the crystals and the greentooth shoulder piece might be enough.

mmm I don't think those muscles are right man, the pecs for instance connects below the arm, the biceps shouldn't be twisted like that with that kind of forearm position, this is more how it should be in an upwards flexed position, the triceps are completely off, abs belt is off too.
Great stuff, you really have come a long way since last dom war. The anatomy on the biceps and triceps is still off but a little reff and tweaking will sort it out. I am also loving how you are staying at the lower subdivs untill there is no more you can do. Keep it up!

i think im a bit closer to getting it right. the bicep was divided into a perfect half almost, this time around i brought that 'cut' [trench?] much lower down the cep than it was earlier.
the head and neck are looking strange to me. you might wanna make the neck shorter and less strained with more correct anatomy? the arms and back seem to be going ok, the stomach looks a bit too lumpy in my opinion. the rock stuff on the back is a cool idea.
dude you keep doing the same mistakes over and over, use more lower levels to define shape and remove that zbrush shader , it makes mistakes less appearent
