First Year trying out, figure i'll do an Invoker of some kind, lol. I'll up some concepts soon, keep ur eyes peeled!

Edit: CONCEPTS UP! And a name!



I'm calling this fellow Legion, a demon composed of many other demons kind of thing. This concept shows basic anatomy, it will be tweaked and themed a bit better. He will be a fire/lava Invoker, Likely with a Big fire mallet for his weapon. That strange kinda backpack looking thing is the source to his firey power, and is actually a stone version of greentooth thats kind of imbedded into his back. The eyes and mouth of greentooth will be firey and glowy, lol.

Oh, and I will also be modifying his horns like a lot to get them to look much better, lol. duh, hah!

Crits and suggestions are totally welcome here!

Here are some more detailed and worked out sketches of Legion. I made a simple design for his axe hammer thing, but i may end up doing something else for him. Feel free to leave some ideas and crits if you have any.

haha, i dont even have that, my monitor on my regular computer is like ten years old, I would use that comp now but that monitor blew out 2 days ago, lol. I could use a cintiq. haha.

sick work...yeah i agree with low odor...get a cheap scanner and post some quality pics, your drawings looks too good to have it look the way it does.

Thanks, I'm glad you like. Currently the level of my brokedness is at like, i owe the bank 60 dollars and have only made a hundred dollars the last year, living at home with my mom and taking care of my grandmother leaves little room for work. Anyways, i'll likely get one, if i can, before the deadline so i can have some better quality concepts for dom war.

I know where you're coming from man, sucks to be broke. Public libraries usually have scanners you can use for free..at most you'd probly have to stand in line for it.

weapon wise, this guy is tough..cause you need something that will balance out all the limbs. How about a chain weapon, something that wraps abournd his body and comes to a different nasty flail head at each limb..

So i've done about a days worth of work on a hi-res test model just to see how its going to turn out and to develop my techniques. Here is a zbrush render, if anyone has any suggestions or crits for me, i'm more than willing to listen.

I came up with an alternate design today after going through some emotional issues last night, they really fueled this new design.


Its basically me, with a demon possesed right hand that summons a misty void creature.
