looks like its off to a good start. I too started mine really late in the game. Definitely finish him. Not much to say, the silhouette is pretty darn close. Maybe the head is a little to far forward. I think MC has more room on his back between his shoulders to move his head around.

If I may ask, what render settings do you have to produce a little animated gif?

thanks KPtoons, I agree about the head position and about the back, I'll will do some tweaks while DW3 doesn't starts.

About the gif I only render many PNG files and composite it on an external program.
