Anyone play this yet?
Came out a month earlier than I thought it was, which was a very good thing.
Which is to say, this game is fucking amazing in my opinion.
I love it. Doing menial tasks to get enough money to kill the next assassin (however short and boring the level may be)
I like the graphics a lot as well, the dark shadows really add to the style, as they appear as silhouettes against strong lighting, etc. The character design is also nice, and I enjoy the texture work on the characters.
The gameplay is also very fun, if repetitive. Not to mention the cool ass cutscenes.

I have the opposite opinion. Granted, I didn't play it, but watched a coworker slog through about a couple hours of it. Save for the ui bits and some of the characters, the graphics are terrible and the gameplay worse. It seems to be really repetitive slaughter of the same guys in black suits until you hit some humorous dialogue (sometimes unintentionally) and then have a long and boring boss fight.

The 'jobs' like mowing lawns and collecting coconuts are exactly as much fun as they sound.

I'm personally staying far away. All style and no substance.

I want to play this, but I have a feeling I won't like it. Never liked "normal games" on the Wii, I have my 360 and PC for that. But as soon as I can, I'll give it a try, and verify or disprove my feeling. Hopefully, with low expectations, I'll get pleasantly surprised smile.gif

I thought it was about the TV series as well. I was about to cheer for joy, but then saw it was something completely irrelevant, just like this post.

It's a normal game in that it's a game designed for us so-called hardcore gamers, which isn't the crowd Nintendo is targeting with the Wii Sports machine anyway.

It's ok. Nothing great. If you've only got a Wii it's a solid pickup. If the Wii is just a Wii Sports machine to you then just gamefly it.

Insanely repetitive and uninspired. Unless you're a visual stimulation deprived stoner with a hearing disability...then it's fantastic.

The angle is the focus towards a more adult demographic than any other game people CARE to play on the Wii.

You start with the words "fuck face", followed by fountains of blood from some explosive juice filled robot casino mob clones...and that's pretty much where the game nosedives.

Even with motion controls, the combat (which is the entire game) is boring.

This is the only game where the coolest feature is the Save screen...oh, and the cellphone. (serious)

I figured only Killer 7 fans would be playing this, how'd it blow up so big?

    UPDATE
    Game rocks, fuckheads!
