Really good update, i know you are having a bit of trouble with the face texture, I found this on the net, hope it helps. Looking forward to another update
Lookin' awesome, really nice sharpness for a texture this size. The bottom of the dress is my favorite part.
As for hair you're on to a very good start. Just drizzle a few sharp, blueish high lights and it'll be rocking.
A few minor suggestions: I agree with ghost on the skin colour, too pink and monotonous at the moment. Get some yellows, blues, greens and whatnot into it together with a little more shading - cast shadow on the knees from the dress, light falling unto the top of the feet and so on.
The dress too could use a bit more variation in both colour and shading - right now it looks too monocromatic, like you were just shading with black and white (not as bad, though). Try having the lighter areas go towards a different colour.
I think the arm mesh could be a bit more interesting. I enjoy the thick wrists but perhaps make the elbow a bit thinner so the whole arm is not as tube-like.
Alright, can't think of anything else - keep trucking!
eclipse and Merskum - cheers guys i'll see what i can do,
not sure about changin size of the wrists though - that's all do do with ahving no tri's left...
- thanks for the art eclipse - but that's actually from the concept art which differs a bit from the game model, i don't think she's a undersaturated and grey in the game, so i tried to make a compromise - stiil gotta add those hues that merksum suggested..
did a quick paint - keeping the dress the pink colour for the moment - my ref pics have little sisters wearing both green + pink - might do alternate versions if i have time..
what do ya think? really hard getting anything out of this res
same, the one on the right has a better skin tone, the one on the left looks sun burnt. I did a quick paintover that might help a bit, hope you don't mind.
Nice work so far. I'd image this being a difficult subject to tackle.
I thought that perhaps her face would look a little more childish if the middle part were shorter. On Eclipse's concept at least, the face from chin to brow is wider than it's high. Here's a (bad) paintover:

but yea, basically just a bigger forehead, a shorter neck and slightly droopier eyes.
