I think adding eyebrows could make her look more feminine as well.
I would take those remaining 15 polygons to round out and improve the shape of the hips/butt area, to balance out her figure more... and maybe make the underside of the boobs less pointy too. You're not at 500 yet, so make the most of it!
For your screens It could be interesting to choose small size as final screens... and maybe grey background... and Anti-aliazing to off..
I think all that help you to hide some big pixels, and have best render.
Last thing, you really have lot of defenition on up middle hooter, maybe 3x!
Nice pose! Now that you've posted orthos though, I can see that the top of the thighs and the pelvis are too thin from the side view, and the butt too flat still. She needs a counterweight for those boobs, LOL.

Overall, I think its a really nice piece though. GOod job!
and yes, the breasts have intense density because well they're big and hard to ignore. Don't ask me why NAMCO did it for SC4 but it's the way it is.
