Have fun with her guys, I would love to see her rigged and in HL or even animated.

No rig, just vert posed.

OBJ format posed and T pose, texture and UV layout included in ZIP.

This was my first crack at true low poly work and 128 texture painting, figured it would be fun to see what all you guys can do to improve on it or mess with it

Needs her handgun and that lil data tool she's always carrying around. Also, probably wouldn't hurt to spend the few extra polys making that cube she's got on her necklace.

Other than that, definitely damn cool!

I'll get an unposed version up ASAP. I think I might try do a few more HL2 models in low poly, this was fun

[edit] Updated the Zip to include a non posed version, I basicly just posed it back to a T pose seeing as I couldn't be bothered to redo all the fixes I had done on the posed one.

Here's a picture from the Half life model viewer.
For some reason there are no run or jump animations,i'll try to fix that and then post the .mdl

Nice, I hope it looks better in game lol, the viewer seems to have shifted the UVs across to the right by 1-2 pixls...

Lookin forward to seeing her in game.

you may need to scale her down a bit more too, looks like the shoulder joints are a little too low. I'm trying to decide who to do next now

It will look the same ingame Maybe the uv's are moved because the texture file has to be 8-bit,i don't really know.
I raised the shoulders,got rid of the hard edges and now it has all the animations.

Thanks a lot for yhat mate going to give it a try right now

I will also try tweak the texture so it works right in game.

Oh and I just discovered that this model is roughly one third the polycount of the HL high def pack HL was quite high poly for its time.

Fixed up the texture issues, I suspect they were caused by milkshape when you ported it to Half-life. It did the same thing to me when I imported the OBJ to MS. I just tweaked the texture to compensate and all looks good in game now
