Didnt want to pass this up though I havent really played any next gen games, so i had to do a bit of digging.
I think this is the character Kameo from Kameo - Elements of Power, and could make a nice lo poly model.

hey awesome work. couldnt u loose the double triangle on the chest? keep it just one? that would leave 2 more tris for wings

im pretty new wgeb ut comes to this so could be a reason for the double triangles
