urThumbnail: tga & dds thumbnails in xp/vista

Since the TGA Thumbplug reportedly doesn't work under Vista and I hadn't yet seen one for dds, this should prove to be great. I haven't tried it yet, but it supports:
* Direct Draw Surfaces (DDS)
* X PixMap (XPM)
* Targa (TGA)
* Photoshop (PSD)
I haven't the faintest what XPM's are and psd's are pretty much a given (AI's a different story!), but that leaves two very important formats for videogame devs, so enjoy!

They both work on Windows XP/2003/2000, but may or may not work on Windows Vista. If anyone tries any of the above on another MS-Windows platform please let me know how it went.

So that may or may not be a problem for those on Vista. Err.
