I've still got to tweak the model a bit and play with the UVs before I start texturing. There is alot of wasted space on the map right now. For the weapon I was thinking either a sentry gun or some tools w\ a wrench.

2. The UVs are inefficient, tons of wasted space there. For low poly models you want as much coverage as possible while maintaining straightness of pixels for the least distortions

I've completed most of the modeling on the sentry:
With the remaining tris I think I'll model the spanner and a few things hanging from his belt.
There's no way I can compare to that, lol. That's amazing.
