Wow thechnical limitations and another thing

I Started to play arround with the though of making replace models for world of warcraft. And i had a look arround, and i could'nt find any information on their technical limitations or exporting programs.

so my question is: Does anyone know what exact polycount and texture size etc etc, is used in world of warcraft? and is there any known exporters to use?

and my second question is (might aswell ask this) is what is the overall specs for nextgen RTS games?
