Epcot Fireworks

I finally got round to starting on capturing/editing all the video I shot whilst on vacation at Disneyworld Florida last August. Here's a clip of the nightly Epcot fireworks display, it's 31mb, and in wmv format:

I overdubbed it with the soundtrack (which I bought for this purpose) and it fits pretty well. It's a truly awesome sight, but you really have to be there.

I won't post lots of stuff here - nothing's as tedious as looking at video of folks you don't know, right??

That display is amazing in real life (Cool video too). It's hard to tell because of how bright that globe is (same issue I had), but there is a video playing on the globe. It includes various items from cultures around the world. It's impressive how much detail goes into it for EVERY night. Watching them barge the globe out there was pretty cool to see too... if you were able to see that.

I'm from Louisville KY, which hosts the nations largest fireworks show every year, Thunder Over Louisville. It's hard to impress me with fireworks :P

Notman - I hear ya 'bout the globe. Sadly I couldn't take one of our production cameras with me, only my litle Sony.

I was amazed at the amount of fire used. Some of the fireballs dwarf the palm trees - you could really feel the heat.. Imagine the bill for the propane.

Clever how all the spent shells fall into the lake too. I bet they dredge it pretty often.
