"Undertow" on XBLA is free

Hey folks, Microsoft has made the XBLA game "Undertow" a free download beginning Jan. 23 at 2:00am PT until Jan. 27 at 11:59 pm PT to apologize for recent issues with Xbox Live. It's one of the better XBLA games out there and it uses Unreal Engine 3 so be sure to grab it!

-PS- Devil May Cry 4 Demo hits the Xbox Live European scene tomorrow, Jan. 24th! So if you're a Yank like me, make an account linked to a European address.

I'd rather have the 800 points to be honest... then I could get some guitar hero tracks or something. Again, it's a free game, so I don't want to sound bitchy, I just would prefer they handle it differently.

I heard its only free for silver and gold accounts? I dont do the whole xbox live thing, but dont people pay money for those accounts?

Silver is free and I believe what everyone has, regardless. Gold costs money.

So if your xbox is online, you'll get it.

I don't have it, but reviewers seem to like it. From what I've heard it's really good.

I dunno, I was away all of the time Live was down, so I'm damned happy. I'm getting a free game for more or less nothing.
