This blew my mind. I know I am late but I would feel guilty if I didn't say a thing about this. It's amazing work and finally an image of the group shot with lowpoly models! It's awesome and I off course I will take a look at the models more closely.
These things inspire me.
Now we just need a portable TF2! I love this idea of recreating game characters in lower polycounts. I think I should chose on and start it right now.
Thanks for posting these, i'm going to use these in a tf2 low spec port, lol, For older computers. I'd make a portable port, but i dont know c++, lol. Anyways, great job on these. I just need to go in and make low poly versions of all the weapons, turrets, pickups and stuff. as well as low spec versions of the maps. lol. Lots of work ahead of me. I'll be using Darkbasic Pro to do it too. Of course this will be free, lol. and any help you may want to provide will be cool.
Hey awesome 3D models i envy you. I was just wondering with your 3D models how did you make the meshes double sided. For example if i made a plane in 3Ds max the other side would be invisible. How did you make your meshes visible on both sides. ?
Excelent work Spacey. Is there a way to install these in TF2 to get better performance in an old computer?
If so, is there a tutorial? I was not able to find any.

This has no chance of running on the DS with it's 2000k tris cap but certainly a PSP title for sure.
