Some character and creature concepts for a horror game project called "Elsewhere". It is in the planning phase, and will probably remain so for a while, because there's only two of us. The game will take place in an alternate dimension in early England.
Some of these concepts show promise, but I'm distracted by your rendering quality and I can't really enjoy them. More important than anything, your anatomy isn't really there. Get some life drawing books and level up now, dude. These concepts could be really cool with a fundamental skill injection.
i like the version without the holes a tad more but it may be because it reminds me a bit of pyramid head. so you might want to go with the holes to stay clear of the pyramid head idea and i do like the idea of blood flowing from the holes.
Cool designs. You obviously have a good imagination. Just keep at it and bring your skills up to the level where you can really translate concepts into reality. Yes, anatomy, but also lighting and use of textures.

Practise makes perfect and some day it might just say whoops and you work with it for a living.
Take care!
It's actually the second version of this one
I'm not sure if I should keep the holes in the 'armor'
