You will have to upload your art to either your webspace or one of those websites that let you upload for free. One popular free site off the top of my head is called www.imageshack.us
Just follow their prompts to upload your work.
Once your art is uploaded to the website, you will need the internet address where the file is located. An easy way is to load the pic in your web browser, highlight the address and copy it to paste later

Photobucket is also a good image hosting site...and when you are posting the images just right click on the uploaded image and go to properties...highlight the hyperlink till the jpg extension and then just paste it in between [img][/img] and it should work.
Press preview if you are not sure.
I use photobucket as it loads a little bit faster.
