Curve Studios Tutorial DVD's Problems!

Just was curious if anyone here has ordered something from Curve Studios? We recently recieved a Zbrush DVD that I was trying to add to our library here at Ensemble. But the DVD that was suppossed to be for Zbrush 3.1, but instead had movies going over Zbrush 2.0. When we tried allerting them to the problem, and to recieve the correct DVD, all we got was no answer and have been trying to get this solved for around a month. So if anyone has had similiar problems, post it in here, or any other tutorial DVD's I think it would be a big help as they do not come cheap. By the way so far all the Gnomon DVD's have been great, along with the few Massive Black ones we have in our library.
