- Apply another UVW Unwrap modifier on top of your history stack,
- Save your layout. Because it will attempt to reset it back to the default layout when you do the next step
- Change the channel from 1 to 2, load your layout if you need to and arrange the pieces however you want for your new layout.
- Save your new layout and load it into channel 1 and toggle channel 2 off when you need to output.
- You can also set a new material to use that particular channel.
