Hi
i want to show you my project progress
which i am creating with a 2d artists called phoenix who made the background for the main menu
here goes my 3D art

thanks for zaghaghi for his 2D realtime filters
and Erwin for his Bullet physics engine
and here goes the mainmenu
its really hard to comment on anything there because its poorly presented, and post-processed to hell and back. What am i looking at, the character? If so just post some clean screenshots of him in the bindpose or whatever in your 3d app, with wireframe and texture flats.
not bad from what i can see...the images are too dark/blurry. Get some different renders. Try rendering the character/environments from max with some better lighting to show off your characters, because i cant really crit the character and his creation from what i can see here.(wireframes...texture layouts...concepts...whatever)
The character looks generic and horrible, and the animation is even worse. The textures are dark, bland, colorless, and uninspired. The lighting is...missing. The logo is nice, but a simple and obvious rip off. The gun appears unfinished and held incorrectly. There appears to be no clear direction, or unique angle to the project.
I'd expect better from Blender.
But if it was for a weekly school assignment, good work.
Right let's add some saturated fire and flaming red text on all titles and logos now...
Besides the obvious needed fixes in the presentation and animation...you should seriously finish building the surroundings so we can get a better idea.
The character itself is missing adequate loops on the joints where it should in order to deform properly (Prolly why looks like he's crippling)...it also almost looks like you just threw in something generated striaght off from Max's teapot button. Finish off the guy first.
I'd definitely get those immediate fixes out of the way before asking for more critiques, obviously there's a lot to touch up.

3dguru you might want to put some fire retardant clothes on.
