Just wondered if anyone knew about claiming tax relief on travel and hotel expenses(UK). Can you claim it all back or just a precentage?

    Also ask the company you are working for to pay your expenses or a part of it if they require you to work on site or have meetings regularly.

    First negotiate it with the company...then accountant or the banking personnel you work with.

    The details should be sorted ot beforehand.

    Ruz, all thoses are tax deductable. Trust me. You can manage to get all back or most . You realy need an accountant, like per say. Get urself one you can trust. and trust me,its worth it.

    I have got one,and he did advise me on it but it was a just a point I needed clarifying further and he was n't available at that precise moment
    Per - believe it or not there are other freelancers out there who can share advice . I don't consider the people here fools man.
    Its one thing having your accountant tell you the bare facts, but another having someone who is experienced expand on it further
