Fundamentally, a turtle carried his home with him every where he goes (shell). To me, this is kind of like giving the creature an object it already possesses, like guy-with-hands or fish-with-gills.

and imo a sea turtle (like this one) would probably not enjoy having his house that resembles a land-based dwelling becoming soaked in water. what he needs is a submarine! Submersaturtle... is it perfect? maybe not, but i challenge you to do better!
