I ended up having some time to work on the texture, so I tried to act on crits I got from suprore and ogleme. I couldn't really get it to look right, but this'll have to do.
Looks good, funky. I think the placement/shape of the highlights is the only thing I'd definitely have changed, along with maybe some of how the back's painted. It looks great now, definitely got most of what I commented on over aim. Good luck with voting.

I was wondering about pogoldfish, but I keep thinking it's po' goldfish haha

I like the simpler forms in the back now, they read much better.
