I'm going to be modeling and animating a duck for work (using Max) and the animations that are needed are going to be the duck floating in the water, flying, and dying. It can be bones or biped. The problem I'm coming across is how to model the wings and rig them where they will look natural folded up at its side as well as flying. Everywhere I've looked people have done it with morphs involved and that can't be the case here. Just curious if anyone had any thoughts on it. Thanks!

He has a bird wing rigging video down the page a bit.
