Organized is your middle name. You are an experienced art outsourcing manager who loves the challenge of delivering quality assets on time for games with high production values.
What you get to do every day
* Responsible for developing and managing the studios' outsourcing capabilities for in-development and future broad band massively multiplayer games.
* Work closely with our Senior Development Director and Art Director to insure that assets are delivered to quality and on time.
* Work with the project teams to establish and implement internal outsource management best practices and pipelines.
* Responsible for contract negotiations, pricing, payment and milestone plans with providers.
What you bring to the job in your professional toolkit
* Producer or project management experience with a significant art background, or a Lead Artist or Art Director with proven project management and negotiation skills.
* Minimum 2 completed projects with senior production, project management, or art management experience.
* Strong knowledge of video game. (PC is preferred)
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
* Knowledge of the current outsourcing market and its vital role in the game development industry.
* Familiarity with MMO games.
